3/4 cups water
3/4 cups tomato sauce – not ketchup
1/2 a very small onion
1/4 cup raisins
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1-1/2 ounces chocolate
1 chipotle Chile in Adobe sauce
1 dried ancho Chile – stemmed and seeded
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1 teaspoon salt
Place all ingredients into blender. Blend until smooth.
Serve with diced up cooked chicken and rice or tortillas.x
