Tonight, we are grilling, and I decided to make a seafood salad this morning. This was given to me by John’s Aunt. People raved about how good her shrimp salad was, and so I was lucky enough to catch the recipe. I’m sure it’s similar to most, but I love that in this version today, I substituted the bay shrimp for lobster tails, that I had in the freezer.
I have posted this recipe before and even in my stories on Instagram how to make it, but today I am sharing it online, so that it finally has a home.
This pasta salad is a great party side. The shrimp, or lobster tails take it up a notch from the traditional pasta salads and makes it that much more special.
The last thing that makes this salad top notch, is that I squeezed some relish into the dressing mixture. I didn’t have pickle juice today. I used the relish and it really had a great flavor.
