We have had weird weather today. My husband spent the morning plowing one of our fields and right when he finished it down poured. So, we are inside today watching movies, cooking, and catching up on work. I am hoping the sun comes out after dinner so we can go out and play.
I made these cookies on Monday, the original recipe calls for lime, but I have to say, I am LOVING the lemon a lot more!! All of the ingredients come together so nicely. When you measure them with the cookie scoop, and then roll in sugar, they are very delicate, so use gentle hands.
