Coconut Rice

Remember the coconut rice I made the other night, here it is. It’s so yummy and adds the perfect amount of sweet to your meal!!!! .

3 cups basmati rice

2 cans coconut milk

2-1/2 cups chicken broth, veggie broth or water

Place everything into your rice cooker, whisk to even it out. Let the cooker do the work!
