Truthfully, this summer I have been updating all my recipes and I got on a pasta salad kick. So slowly they have all been updated. This is the last of all my very best pasta salad recipes.
I have been making this one for almost 8 years. People love it. It’s a good combination of veggies and yummy dressing. I do love this salad in the summer, especially when the cherry bomb tomatoes are in supply. They are so good!!!
At night, I lay in bed and plan what I will make first thing in the mornings, because it’s a good time window when the house is still in control. After lunch I don’t seem to have the same clam and time to make big meals or food idea. This salad will sit in the fridge till dinner time.
I just give it a quick toss, right before I serve.
