Baked Tomatoes

4 Off the Vine Tomatoes – Cut in Half 
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
2 Cups Heavy Cream
Salt & Pepper to taste

Slice the tomatoes in half and place the center of the tomato up in a casserole dish. Pour the heavy cream over the tomatoes and some in the bottom of the dish. Sprinkle the tops of each tomato with parmesan cheese. And a good dash of salt and pepper over each one. Bake uncovered at 350° for about 25-30 minutes. Serve warm and scoop some extra sauce from the bottom of the casserole dish. Happy Eating!x ⭐️
