This recipe is a once loved, once hated dinner, BUT when I make promises I keep them, and I can promise you this dinner is delicious and whenever someone makes it or I serve it, people are always telling me how good this is! It really is a crowd pleaser. Don’t be afraid of the name. ha-ha
My favorite way to serve this dinner is with chips, because all the meat that falls to the plate, you can scoop them up with chips, and it is delightful. AND if you are lucky enough to have leftovers with this recipe, it make a really yummy topper to spaghetti! I only found this out about 2 months ago when quarantining was just starting, and I pulled this out my freezer!
