I’ve been having a really busy summer this year, being outside, swimming, having my niece stay with us, but after all the fun, we are back inside and working again, which isn’t a bad thing. I love what I do!!
Summertime for me is this salad. The year doesn’t pass if I don’t make this a half dozen times. The combination of lemon, cheese, chicken, and strawberries is so delicious!! It almost tastes refreshing when you eat it!!
I’ve also made this a lot for other people and events and I always win everyone over with it!!
