Last month I picked up a new book with recipes that all use Mayonnaise. If there’s one thing I love it’s MAYONNAISE. It’s my end all condiment. I just love the stuff. I was actually so surprised with how yummy all the recipes are in the book. If you caught my pimento cheese post over the 4th of July, that is also from the book.
This chicken salad takes the cake! Holy Moly it is my new favorite!!! It’s not quite lunch time here in New York and I already ate another sandwich from this chicken salad recipe. It’s DANG GOOD!!! I hope you’ll make it and it will become your new favorite too!
