1 package cubed butternut squash
4 tablespoons golden syrup
Cinnamon for dusting
Preheat oven to 425°. In a casserole dish or on a sheet pan, spread then butternut squash onto the dish. Drizzle the golden syrup over the squash. Sprinkle cinnamon on top. Roast in oven uncovered for about 45 minutes. Check with a fork for tenderness when finished. They might look brown and crispy because the golden syrup cooks, but I promise it’s delicious!
